Ingredients
Each serving size (1 capsule) contains: L-Glutamine (free-form) 850 mg. Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), ascorbyl palmitate.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 1-3 times daily, between meals. This product is shipped with a desiccant. In order to maintain product freshness, customers are encouraged to leave the desiccant in the package until contents are consumed.
