Directions
Take PW1 just after your workout to make sure the right building blocks are available for your muscles to recover and get stronger. Mix 1 scoop(30g) with 8fl oz.(240ml) water in a shaker and shake well. It is also delicious with almond milk. Store your PW1 in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.
