Ingredients
Organic amla fruit (P. emblica), organic bibhitaki fruit (T. bellirica) and organic haritaki fruit (T. chebula). Raw, vegan, gluten-free and GMO-free.

Directions
Mix 1 tsp of our triphala powder in a glass of warm water, milk or other drink and enjoy up to two times a day, ideally 30 mins after meal.
