Hence, maximum amount of nutrients are retained. The De-Seeded Amla Pulp is then Dried through Fluidized Bed Drying Method at a temperature of 60° to 65°C maintaining an Air velocity of 90 m/min. Unlike conventional processors, we do not do the Sun-Drying. Hence, our Amla Powder has minimal loss of nutrients.
