Directions
For general maintenance, one capsule daily. For concerns of neurodegeneration, two capsules daily. One in the morning and one in the afternoon or night, preferably taken on an empty stomach. Dosage is optimised at two capsules a day, taking more is not recommended. Those with mild neurodegeneration are recommended to consume continuously for at least 3 months, to experience optimal results. For ease of consumption, capsule may be opened and mixed with water (avoid hot water).
