Safety Information
If pregnant, consult your health-care practitioner before using this product. This product should not be taken concurrently with anticoagulant drugs (like Coumadin) and/or methotrexate cancer therapy; however, these folate sources have not been shown to interfere with the anti-inflammatory activity of methotrexate. An individual taking methotrexate for psoriasis or rheumatoid arthritis can safely take a supplement containing folate.

Ingredients
Serving Size: 1 Lozenge. Ingredients: Folic Acid 400 mcg, Vitamin B-12 (as Methylcobalamin) 5 mg (5,000 mcg). Other Ingredients: Fructose, Sorbitol, Cellulose, Citric Acid, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Natural Flavors and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Directions
As a dietary supplement, take one lozenge 1 to 2 times daily. Chew lozenge or hold in mouth until dissolved.
