One serving of this fish oil triglyceride form gives a total of 4500mg of omega-3 marine oil (2,130mg DHA and EPA) and 1,000 IU of Vitamin D3.

- HOW TO USE: Adults should take one teaspoon (5ml) of the liquid fish oil supplement daily. Children four years or older can take one teaspoon twice a week or as recommended by a healthcare provider. Children under four years of age should take Ultra Strength Omega-3 as directed by a healthcare provider.
