Each capsule contains a combination of all B vitamins in amounts of 100% of the EU daily reference value. For vitamins B6 and folate, the natural forms pyridoxal-5-phosphate and 5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium with excellent stability and bioavailability were used. All B vitamins were converted into real dry liposomes using the unique Lipo-Real technology.
