Each serving size (1 vegetarian acid-resistant capsule) contains: Multi-Strain Probiotic Blend Containing (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactococcus lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium bifidum/lactis, Lactobacillus gasseri, Streptococcus thermophilus), Digestive and Prebiotic Blend (FOS and Slippery Elm Bark). Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose and capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, pectin, glycerol, purified water).

Directions
