Directions
Dissolve 1-3 cups of magnesium flakes in a warm foot bath or full tub bath and soak for 30 minutes or more. The water should be warm, but not hot. Following the bath, rinse skin with cool running water, then pat skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer.
