Ingredients
Each serving size (1 Vegetarian Capsule) contains: Bromelain 500 mg (2,400 GDU/gram) (from pineapple stem). Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), ascorbyl palmitate.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule 1 to 4 times daily or as directed by your health professional.
