Cranberry Fruit Extract (Vaccinium macrocarpon L.) 500 mg, D-Mannose 500 mg, Pumpkin Seed Extract (Cucurbita moschata (Duch.)) 150 mg, Dandellion Root Extract (Taraxacum officinale L.) 100 mg, Hibiscus Flower Powder (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) 100 mg. Other ingredients: Capsule (hypromellose, purified water), vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Directions
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take two capsules once daily, preferably with a full glass of water (8 to 12 fl oz) or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
