The AL Series is fully capable of assisting in the digestion of proteins, fats, sugars, fibers, and carbs. The AL Series contains Peptidase, Beta Glucanase and Glucoamylase instead of Bromelain or Malt Diastase. When you start taking supplements it’s always a good idea to start slowly. Many people find that they get the best results when they start taking one digestive enzymes at the start of each meal the first few days. After a few days try taking two enzymes with each meal and see if you get additional results. Some people get better results with two, and some people only need to take one. The best time to take digestive enzymes is first thing when you sit down to eat. If you forget to take the enzyme you should take it as soon as you remember because the enzymes will assist with digesting food in your body. How to get the best result with our digestive enzymes: Drink a glass of water a day in-between meals to help lubricate the digestive system.
