Safety Information
Consult your physician if you are taking any medications before you begin use of charcoal capsules. Absorbency of activated charcoal may reduce effectiveness of your medication. It is common for activated charcoal to cause a temporary, harmless darkening of the stool.

Directions
Take 2 capsules with meals. Repeat with 2 capsules every two hours if needed. Do not exceed a total daily dosage of 16 capsules, except under the supervision of your physician.
