Directions
1. Clean the bathtub before use. 2. Fill the bathtub with hot water. 3. Add 1 teaspoon of Magnesium Snow, 1 teaspoon Fine Ground Laminar Mica, and 2-3 scoops of Magnesium Bath Crystals (or Magnesium Oil) to the water. 4. Optionally, use the Magnesium Prill Bath Ball while the tub is filling to create thin water for better absorption and improved hydration. 5. Stir the water to ensure even distribution of the Magnesium Bath Crystals. 6. Soak in the bath for 20-30 minutes. 7. Drain the bath and clean the tub after use.
