To Whiten Your Teeth - Wet your toothbrush, shake off excess water and dip in activated charcoal powder. To Help with Stomach Issues - Mix 1 Tbsp in water to help with acid stomach and to reduce gas and bloating. To Make a Poultice - Mix 1 part activated charcoal powder, 2 parts psyllium powder and add enough water to make thick paste. Spread 1/4 inch thick on clean paper towel, fold, place over bruises, wounds, bites, etc. to relieve discomfort.
